Raw Vegan Energy Balls


I wanted to bring a new mama a little snack/healthy treat. She just had her first baby, and is in a bit of that newborn baby bubble. I wanted something that was nutritious, supported her nervous system and breastmilk production but most importantly, that she could easily munch on with one hand, while holding babe in the other. All that being said, these are a perfect healthy snack for anyone and kid approved!


This is what I created.


1 cup medjool dates.

1/3 cup tahini.

1/4 cup grade C maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Mix the above in a food processor for until creamy.


Add in;

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup large oats

Mix in food processor until well mixed.

Roll into balls. It's that easy.
